Community Aged Care
Baptcare has a wide variety of Community Aged Care programs and services across Victoria and Tasmania. All of these aim to assist clients to remain independent within their own homes for as long as possible.
What services are available?
Baptcare's aged care in the home service is provided through:
- Community Aged Care Packages (CACP)
- Extended Aged Care at Home Packages (EACH)
- Church Nursing Service
Baptcare also provides a number of services that are designed to maintain people’s independence, encourage social interaction and ensure community connectedness. These services include:
- Day Therapy Centres
- Planned Activity Groups
- Respite (Day and Overnight)
