Community Aged Care
Baptcare has a wide variety of Community Aged Care programs and services, all of which aim to assist clients to remain independent within their own homes for as long as possible. Baptcare offers these services across Victoria and Tasmania.
What services are available?
Baptcare offers a number of services that are designed to maintain people’s independence and assist them to continue to live within their own home.Baptcare's care in the home service is provided through:
- Community Aged Care Packages (CACP)
- Extended Aged Care at Home Packages (EACH)
- Church Nursing Service
Baptcare also provides a number of services that are designed to maintain people’s independence, encourage social interaction and ensure community connectedness. These services include:
- Day Therapy Centres
- Planned Activity Groups
- Podiatry Services
- Respite (Day and Overnight)
