A daily service fee (85% of the pension) is charged which covers:

  • 24 hour emergency call bell service;
  • weekly supply and laundering of linen and towels;
  • weekly housekeeping and cleaning;
  • all payments associated with gas, electricity, water and rates;
  • all maintenance to the grounds, gardens and common amenities;
  • staff and administration costs.
