WHAT IS THE BAPTCARE BRAND?

The Baptcare brand is an important communication tool for the Baptcare community.  All of the names, logos and phrases related to Baptcare  are collectively referred to as the Baptcare brand and are official marks or trademarks owned or licensed by Baptcare .  

Use of the Baptcare Brand (including Baptcare, Abercare Family Services and Bargain Browser logos) is carefully controlled.

WHAT IS PROHIBITED?

The unauthorised use of any of the items that comprise the Baptcare Brand is strictly prohibited.

The Baptcare brand may only be used by Baptcare , affiliated Member Organisations and Parent Organisations (such as the BUV), and then only with prior notification.  The brand is not for use by any other entity or group without written authorisation from Baptcare.

It is also prohibited, to falsely represent any association, affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or similar relationship with Baptcare .
